FAQs

  • Rings – Ring sizes are standard UK measurements. If you are unsure of your ring size, wrap string or paper around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm). Pick the closest measurement on the ring size chart to find your ring size.

Bangles – All bangles measure approximately 8 inches (21cm) in circumference, which is a standard medium size.

  • Sterling silver is a precious metal, but can naturally tarnish over time with exposure to the air, environment and chemicals. In order to keep your jewellery in the best possible condition we recommend the following steps:

    • To restore the shine to your jewellery, you can use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish.

    • Storing your jewellery safely in a container or jewellery box when you’re not wearing it reduces the risk of items getting scratched or tangled.

    • Remove all of your jewellery before handwashing, showering, bathing swimming and any strenuous activity. This is particularly important if your jewellery has gemstones. We don’t recommend sleeping in your jewellery.

    • Avoid your jewellery coming into contact with any perfumes, lotions or other chemicals.
